Embroidery is a traditional method of decorating on fabric material that provides an elegant presentation of your corporate message. Your logo is digitized (programming of the machine) and then stitched directly onto the product. The embroidery machines then creates the programmed patterns and logos. It is typically used commercially in product branding, corporate advertising, and uniform programs.
Your corporate message is applied directly onto the products' surface by pushing ink through a fine mesh screen. The screen printing process ensures your imprint looks its best on a wide variety of fabrics. This is the most common method of decoration providing you a cost effective solution along with excellent visibility.
The process of debossing is offered on most leather and simulated leather products. A die is created of your logo and then heat-pressed onto the product creating an ‘impression’ of the logo. Debossing provides a subtle, yet higher perceived value on many products.
Graphic design is a creative process typically involving a client and a designer attempting to convey a specific message to a targeted audience through the design. Our company was founded in 1959 in Saint John, New Brunswick as a division of J.D. Irving, Limited.
Though we're now Atlantic Canada's leading business-to-business provider in the areas of Sanitation Equipment & Supplies, Apparel & Promotional Products, Office Environments, Commercial Communications, Industrial Supplies and Safety Supplies, we started out much more humbly with a focus on supplying provisions for the shipping industry. Gradually, we expanded our areas of expertise and opened branch offices to better serve customers across Atlantic Canada.
Along the way, we strengthened our line-up of products and services through strategic acquisitions. In 2002, for example, we purchased R&A Paper Products Ltd, which formed the foundation of our new company office in Sydney, Nova Scotia. In 2007, we purchased Enviro Chemicals (Atlantic) Ltd., significantly enhancing the capabilities of our sanitation division. We can now provide our sanitation customers with greater coverage, more expertise and a wider range of products than any distributor in the region. In 2011 we acquired Specialty Apparel, in Mount Pearl, Newfoundland. Specialty Apparel brings a unique custom manufacturing aspect to our Apparel & Promotional division and expands our range to include all of Atlantic Canada.
At Chandler, our secret to success is we consistently look after the needs of our customers. Looking ahead, we intend to continue working hard every day to be your supplier of choice.
